Linda built a vast network of contacts including other real estate agents and brokers, potential sellers, interior designers, contractors, architects, etc. Linda understands all the nuances of the local housing market (we were looking in Lafayette and Orinda). Linda has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and strong work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We were not the easiest buyers and the process was long and very disappointing but Linda was very positive and very encouraging. And finally, we found the house of our dreams which I honestly did not believe exist and obviously this was the house of dreams for many people. We ended up in a bidding war. Linda did her best to get us more information on the seller’s expectation and other bidders' price and work out the right strategy to win it. In this kind of situation, things could change every minute and she always kept us informed on every new detail she could find out. Softly but firmly Linda helped us to shape up the winning price and strategy and it worked. Ultimately our team with Linda as our coach won the huge bidding war and our offer was accepted. There was overall eight offers and we won. I really doubt that we could’ve won this war without Linda’s efforts. Linda is a fantastic Realtor® and a wonderful person overall.

Linda helped us get acquainted with several towns in the area by showing us properties, giving us insights on schools, town culture, etc. After deciding to rent, she helped us navigate the competitive rental market and went above and beyond in securing the property for us (i.e. video-conferencing with us as she visited the property on our behalf since we were 2,000 miles away, providing recommendations on how to get our foot into the door, hand-delivering time-sensitive paperwork to tenant).
